Founded in 2005, the Art Factory represents leading emerging artists from Hungary.

The Art Factory’s mission is to support our artists in the development of their art and careers.  We are committed to establishing our artists’ place in the international art world.

The Art Factory has four exhibition venues. The Art Factory Studio is located in an old 800-square-meter factory in Budapest’s District XIII. With soaring ceilings and abundant natural light, the facility contains a vast exhibition space, as well as working studios for three in-house artists.  It is also the location of Art Factory Photo, an in-house micro-gallery for photography, video and works-on-paper.

Art Factory Gallery I is also located in District XIII, in the ABB office building on Váci út.  Formerly known as Sparks Gallery for Emerging Artists, it gives us additional exhibition space with direct public access.

Art Factory Gallery II is our newest exhibition space, located near the corner of Falk Miksa and Markó utca in District V.  Falk Miksa street, long famous as Budapest’s ‘antique row’, has seen the addition of several galleries in recent years and is now a dynamic hub of contemporary art.
